A little about me...

Hi, I’m Mel.

Hawke’s Bay born and bred, I live in Hastings with my partner and our animals, with my family all close by too. Hawke’s Bay is home, and I genuinely love the lifestyle, the weather, the people and the sense of community we have here.

I’m a big believer in supporting local. Alongside MPM, my partner and I co-own another small Hawke’s Bay business, Lou’s Machinery, offering machinery hire and contracting services (check us out over here).

I have a real soft spot for people who back themselves, follow their passions and take that leap of faith to build something of their own. I know first-hand that it takes a bit of courage to give something a go (and honestly, it’s bloody scary!), so I’ll always choose to support local businesses and the people behind them whenever I can.
