Life happens, and we don’t believe you should be tied to a service that no longer works for you. We want you to stay because you’re happy with the care and support you receive.

That’s why we don’t have long-term lock-in contracts or clawback fees buried in the fine print if you decide to leave. All we ask is one month’s notice, giving us time to wrap things up and arrange a smooth handover.
